About the Role
DV Insurance Broking Pvt. Ltd., located in Bhawanipur, Kolkata, invites applications for the position of Relationship Manager within the Life and General Insurance industry. This is an office-based full-time role focused on client acquisition and relationship development.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive business growth by acquiring new clients and leveraging referrals.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Promote and sell a diverse portfolio of insurance products, including Life and General Insurance.
- Deliver superior after-sales support and handle policy servicing.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum education requirement: Graduate degree in any discipline.
- Excellent communication and persuasive abilities.
- Open to both fresh graduates and candidates with prior experience.
- Preferred age range: 21 to 32 years.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary package up to ₹240,000 per annum for freshers, with higher remuneration for experienced candidates, comprising fixed pay plus attractive incentives.
