Overview
Supro Info Solutions Private Limited is seeking a dedicated Relationship Manager to join their team in Bikaner, Rajasthan. This role primarily involves managing and expanding a sales adviser network to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit and onboard new sales advisers.
- Develop business opportunities through the adviser network.
- Lead and oversee a team of sales advisers effectively.
- Motivate and encourage advisers to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Provide necessary training and continuous guidance to the team.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Must be a graduate in any discipline.
- Age should be between 21 and 42 years.
Compensation
The role offers a fixed annual CTC of up to 3.75 LPA with additional incentives based on performance.
