Role Overview
We are looking for an energetic and goal-oriented Relationship Officer focused on Life Insurance to expand our team. This role involves generating new client leads, acquiring customers, nurturing existing relationships, and driving sales of life insurance products.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities.
- Market and sell life insurance plans to individuals and corporate clients.
- Establish and maintain strong client connections.
- Offer professional advice customized to clients’ insurance needs.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets.
- Follow up on prospects and deliver excellent customer service.
Requirements
- Completion of HND or Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Prior experience in sales or marketing is advantageous.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Capable of working independently and collaboratively in a team.
