ProfitGate Capital Services LLP, based in Nagpur, Maharashtra, is a SEBI-registered portfolio management company overseeing approximately ₹1,500 crore in portfolio management and advisory mandates. As one of the largest indigenous buy-side fund managers in Central India, the firm specializes in active equity portfolio management, wealth management, and maintains a vibrant involvement in public market activities.
Role Overview

Exceptional communication skills, an energetic and extroverted personality, along with a strong curiosity to learn about financial markets and client engagement, are key attributes for success. Formal finance knowledge will be provided in-house; what matters most is your enthusiasm and ability to connect with people.
Candidate Profile
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a high-energy, extroverted demeanor
- Strong desire to learn about financial markets and develop client relationships
- Educational background in BBA or MBA (Marketing) is preferable but not mandatory; personal qualities take precedence over degrees
