We are seeking a Regulatory Risk Manager to join our Risk and Regulatory team in Dublin. This position offers a unique opportunity to lead significant projects, influence compliance frameworks, and shape future financial services regulation. Primary Responsibilities
- Deliver expert guidance to clients managing regulatory compliance and evolving requirements.
- Assist clients throughout the regulatory lifecycle, from license acquisitions to inspection and framework design.
- Provide advice on regulatory change initiatives and assist in implementing new regulations.
- Collaborate with senior management on business development and project delivery.
- Manage projects ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met efficiently.
- Interpret new and existing regulations to tailor client-specific solutions.
- Conduct customized regulatory training and mentor junior team members.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Demonstrable background in risk and regulatory compliance specifically within financial sectors like Banking, Insurance, Payments, or Fintech, or from advisory, legal, or consulting perspectives.
- Comprehensive understanding of European and Irish regulations, including consumer protection, insurance, and payments compliance.
- Proven track record delivering complex regulatory advice involving transformation, remediation, and risk management.
- Strong capability to interpret regulations and craft innovative and practical compliance solutions.

Deloitte offers a competitive starting salary of €73,600, adjustable based on individual experience and skills.
