Job Overview
We are seeking a Registered Pharmacist to join our team at Zeno Health in Nashik, Maharashtra. The role includes verifying prescriptions for accuracy and safety, dispensing medication, billing, inventory control, and maintaining detailed records. The pharmacist will also manage customer inquiries and adhere strictly to legal regulations while ensuring confidentiality of patient information.
Key Responsibilities
- Verify prescriptions to confirm they are error-free and suitable for the patient.
- Dispense medicines according to the prescriptions provided.
- Process billing for dispensed medicines and handle cash collection.
- Check and verify medicine expiry dates and batch numbers against billing records.
- Communicate with referring physicians to clarify prescription-related queries.
- Manage inventory of medicines to ensure continuous availability.
- Maintain patient medical history records and all documentation related to controlled substances.
- Respond to customer questions and complaints, escalating issues as necessary to relevant departments for resolution.
- Document all transactions and keep cash registers accurately updated.
- Ensure full compliance with legal standards, regulations, and procedures relevant to pharmacy operations.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of customers’ medical information.
Compensation
The role offers a monthly salary ranging from 10,000 to 22,000 INR.
