Key Responsibilities

Manage Non-Performing Inventory (NPI) by identifying and separating items such as slow-moving, expired, near expiry, damaged, or defective goods. Carefully inspect product conditions and classify them following NPI protocols. Accurately update inventory records by marking statuses like NPI, hold, damage, return, or scrap, and clearly label NPI products to facilitate tracking. Collaborate with relevant teams for appropriate handling including return or disposal.

Handle picking and packing duties by selecting products based on order sheets or digital picking lists. Verify product codes, quantities, and condition before securely packaging items to prevent transit damage. Use proper packing materials, labels, and barcode stickers along with shipping details to finalize shipments.

Maintain efficient warehouse operations including organizing, storing, and retrieving goods systematically. Keep storage areas, racks, and shelves clean and orderly following FIFO or company policies. Assist in stock audits, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliations. Manage material movement such as stacking/unstacking pallets and loading/unloading materials responsibly.

Process returned merchandise by inspecting, categorizing (resalable, repairable, scrap), and updating return logs with reasons and status in the system. Coordinate with departments for restocking or disposal of these items.

Prepare dispatch orders ensuring all paperwork such as packing lists, invoices, and labels are accurate. Work closely with transportation or courier providers to schedule shipments. Safely load items for delivery and monitor dispatch progress until handover.

Oversee barcoding and labeling activities by generating and printing barcode labels for products, cartons, and pallets. Verify label correctness, legibility, and proper attachment. Scan items during warehouse processes like receiving, picking, packing, and dispatch to maintain traceability.

Perform night shift duties as required by work schedules. Maintain productivity and adhere to safety protocols during night hours. Ensure smooth shift transitions by following handover procedures.
