Role Overview

This full-time position based in Doha, Qatar involves working on-site as a Registered Nurse responsible for coordinating and supervising assigned healthcare practitioners and providers. The role requires administrative efficiency to manage busy schedules and provide excellent patient service.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist healthcare practitioners during patient care activities.
• Administer medications accurately according to protocols.
• Observe and monitor patients' health status regularly.
• Ensure compliance with established safety guidelines and healthcare standards.
• Manage appointment scheduling and other administrative duties effectively in a high-demand environment.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Possession of a Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in the State of Qatar; applicants from overseas jurisdictions will not be accepted.
• Strong organizational abilities with capacity to multitask and resolve problems efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and an ability to interact well with patients and team members.
• Capability to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced healthcare setting.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems is essential.
• Knowledge of healthcare protocols, safety measures, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Prior experience in a wellness or holistic health care setting is advantageous.
• A bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related discipline is mandatory.
• Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is highly desirable and considered a significant benefit.
