About Seed O2
Seed O2 is the recovery studio affiliated with Seed Health and Wellness Centre, dedicated to helping clients rejuvenate and nurture their health for the long term. We seek a qualified massage and bodywork specialist committed to ongoing recovery practices rather than isolated treatments.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct personalized massage and bodywork sessions focusing on recovery, stress alleviation, and body restoration.
- Understand each client's unique goals, adapting treatments accordingly.
- Develop a loyal client base with the support of the Seed O2 team.
- Collaborate with Seed's clinical team when client needs require interdisciplinary care.
Candidate Profile
- Experienced massage therapist or bodywork practitioner with substantial practical experience within Qatar.
- Proactive individual comfortable establishing and managing client relationships independently.
- Passionate about recovery, nervous system health, and holistic wellness.
- Familiarity with modalities such as lymphatic drainage, myofascial release, or breathwork is advantageous.
Employment Details
This position is commission-based, offering flexible schedules that can be customized to part-time or full-time availability. Income potential grows proportionally with the expansion of your client network.
Qualifications
- Proven knowledge in mind-body disciplines such as yoga therapy, somatic techniques, mindfulness, meditation, breathwork, or similar practices with ability to apply them to tailored client care.
- Proficiency in evaluating clients, planning treatments, and monitoring progress with sensitivity to diverse physical and emotional conditions.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and active listening abilities grounded in compassion, trauma-awareness, and cultural sensitivity.
- Experience working collaboratively in multidisciplinary wellness teams, contributing to programs or workshops, enhancing integrated client services.
- Relevant certified training in recognized mind-body therapies; extra qualifications in psychology, counseling, integrative health, or related areas are a plus.
- Background in wellness, healthcare, or therapeutic environments, preferably serving an international or culturally diverse clientele.
- Excellent organizational skills, dependable record keeping, ethical integrity, and client confidentiality maintenance.
- Willingness to work onsite in Doha, Qatar, and engage in ongoing professional development aligned with Seed’s holistic health philosophy.
