Job Summary
We are looking for a full-time Registered Nurse on a fixed-term contract at Grace Joel Retirement Village located in St Heliers, Auckland. This position involves working shifts from Tuesday to Saturday, between 3:00 PM and 11:30 PM. The role starts immediately and extends until January 9, 2027.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain meaningful relationships with residents and their families.
- Conduct resident assessments and develop and update individual care plans.
- Administer medical treatments and provide continuous support to residents.
- Use advanced technology tools, including the custom care app myRyman, to support care activities.
- Assist the Clinical Manager and Unit Coordinators with daily operations and care coordination.
Candidate Requirements
- Must hold a current Annual Practicing Certificate (APC) for nursing in New Zealand.
- Exhibit dependability, professionalism, and a friendly attitude.
- Capable of sharing knowledge and collaborating effectively within a team environment.
- Demonstrate empathy, kindness, and a strong commitment to providing excellent care.
- Valid work authorization for New Zealand is mandatory due to immigration regulations.
