Role Overview

This part-time registered nursing position is based at Grace Joel Village in St Heliers, Auckland. The role involves fixed shifts on Fridays and Saturdays from 7:00 AM until 3:30 PM. The successful candidate will join a caring nursing team dedicated to making a meaningful impact on residents’ lives.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and sustain meaningful relationships with residents and their families.
• Perform resident assessments and develop, monitor, and adjust individualized care plans.
• Administer treatments and provide ongoing support tailored to each resident's needs.
• Leverage innovative technology including the custom care application, myRyman, to support care delivery.
• Assist and collaborate with Clinical Manager and Unit Coordinators to ensure smooth operations.

Candidate Requirements

• Possession of a current Annual Practicing Certificate (APC) as a Registered Nurse.
• Exhibit a friendly, dependable, and professional approach.
• Ability to collaborate and effectively share knowledge within multidisciplinary teams.
• Show genuine kindness, compassion, and dedication to delivering excellent care.
