Role Overview and Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to clients in various settings such as homes, schools, or clinics.
• Execute treatment protocols outlined by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Accurately gather and record data to track client progress.
• Work closely with families and multidisciplinary teams to promote client success.
• Ensure a secure and encouraging environment throughout therapy sessions.

Compensation and Work Schedule

• Hourly wage ranging from $24 to $30.
• Flexible shifts tailored to your availability.
• Work location primarily in Valdosta, Georgia.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Possession or willingness to acquire Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• Minimum education requirement is a High School Diploma or equivalent; some college coursework is preferred.
• Experience in ABA therapy or childcare is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Ability to clear a background check.
• Must have dependable transportation and the readiness to travel locally as needed.
