Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy services either at the client's home, school, or clinic setting
• Carry out treatment protocols established by certified Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA)
• Collect and maintain detailed records of client progress
• Work collaboratively with families and the care team to support client outcomes
• Ensure therapy sessions are conducted in a secure and encouraging environment

Compensation and Work Schedule

• Hourly pay ranging from $24 to $30
• Flexible shift options tailored to individual availability
• Worksite located in Valdosta, Georgia area

Qualifications

• Must hold or be prepared to obtain Registered Behavior Technician certification
• Minimum education requirement is a high school diploma or equivalent; college coursework is advantageous
• Experience in ABA therapy or child-related services is beneficial but not mandatory
• Successful completion of a background screening
• Reliable local transportation and willingness to travel within the area
