Role Summary
The company seeks a Regional Technical Sales Manager experienced in selling industrial machinery such as compressors, pumps, and generators. The candidate will be responsible for driving business growth within their region through effective sales strategy and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop business confidently within the assigned region.
- Utilize CRM systems like Salesforce, Zoho, or SAP to manage customer relationships.
- Proactively make personal visits to client locations.
- Translate business goals into actionable strategies emphasizing profitability.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients effectively.
- Maintain accurate daily and monthly forecasting reports highlighting revenue opportunities and action plans.
Desired Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Sales professional holding an MBA in Marketing along with a degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Proficient in CRM software such as Zoho CRM or equivalent platforms.
- Willing to travel as per business requirements.
- Fluent in both English and the regional language.
- Competent in PowerPoint to design and present client presentations.
Minimum education
Master's Degree
