Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive Regional Sales Support professional to provide essential commercial and administrative assistance to our regional sales team. This role supports business growth and client retention by managing quotations, tenders, CRM data, reporting, and cross-team collaboration within freight forwarding operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Organize and prepare customer quotations, requests for quotes (RFQs), and small-scale tenders.
  • Assist sales teams by creating presentations, proposals, and customer-facing materials.
  • Handle follow-ups on sales leads, opportunities, and customer inquiries.
  • Ensure the accuracy of CRM data, manage sales pipeline reporting, and uphold sales-related compliance.
  • Coordinate regional tender submissions and pricing in partnership with internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Customer Service, Finance, and Marketing to achieve excellent customer results.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Previous experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or sales support roles.
  • Knowledge of air and sea freight operations and pricing structures.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce or CargoWise.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Capability in analytical tasks and sales reporting.
