Join SkillOrbit as a Regional Sales Intern and contribute to delivering a seamless onboarding journey for new students by verifying sign-ups and setting up platform access promptly. You will drive learner engagement through consistent follow-ups, implement participation strategies, and facilitate referral growth to build loyalty. Managing student relationships will also be essential, providing timely responses to queries and ensuring high customer satisfaction. You will collaborate closely with engineering and technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve platform issues swiftly to reduce user drop-offs. Furthermore, you'll analyze student feedback to refine sales pitches and support the launch of new products.
