This senior role collaborates with business leaders and HR stakeholders, partnering closely with global teams as the in-house expert on rewards programs aligned with broader macroeconomic trends.
Key Responsibilities and Expectations
- Lead and influence rewards strategies within a matrix organization involving various regional business units.
- Work on global projects focused on enhancing employee value propositions through innovative initiatives such as flexible benefits and wellbeing programs.
- Act as a subject matter expert to develop commercially viable rewards solutions that support organizational objectives in alignment with macroeconomic factors.
- Drive improvements in rewards programs that enhance competitiveness and support sustainability efforts.
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience as a rewards manager with regional or global exposure within a multinational corporation or consulting firm.
- Strong influencing skills, especially within matrix structures and culturally diverse environments.
- Ability to quickly grasp the interplay between business goals and macroeconomic contexts to inform decision-making.
- Commercially minded and capable of delivering strategic solutions benefiting the organization broadly.
