About Bharatiya Samata and the Role

Bharatiya Samata is actively recruiting Regional Organisers to support its mission of distributing free educational Hindi books to schools across India. This role involves recruitment, fundraising, and direct engagement with educational institutions to facilitate the initiative. Training will be provided to all selected candidates.

Responsibilities

The Regional Organiser will be responsible for recruiting participants, raising funds to support the free book distribution program, and visiting schools to promote the cause. They will contribute to nationwide educational and social service efforts endorsed by Bharatiya Samata.

Selection Criteria and Eligibility

The organisation encourages applications from men and women aged 18 and above. While graduates and teachers are preferred candidates, employees, business professionals, homemakers, students, social workers, and anyone committed to education and nation-building are welcome to apply.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly stipend ranging between ₹12,000 and ₹60,000, depending on the role, individual performance, and organisational standards.
• Life protection insurance worth ₹50 lakhs for State Organisers, with premiums covered by the organisation for a period of 3 years, in accordance with policy terms.
