- Develop manpower plans aligned to business growth forecasts.
- Supervise performance of contractors and vendors across the region.
- Ensure preventive maintenance is maintained without impacting service delivery.

- Analyze regional operating costs and initiate cost-saving initiatives.
- Enforce operational discipline through audits and standard operating procedure adherence.
- Manage emergencies such as vehicle breakdowns or service interruptions.
- Assist with launch activities for new customer sites and operational locations.
- Review regional management information systems, dashboards, and exception reports.
- Mentor site managers and identify future leadership talent.
- Promote a safety-first culture and ensure compliance with regulations across all regional operations.
Decision-Making Authorities
This role authorizes fleet allocation regionally, approves staffing schedules, recommends vendor-related decisions, endorses operational recovery plans, prioritizes customer requirements during capacity constraints, and refers CAPEX or strategic issues to the Head of Operations.

Coordinates with Head of Operations, Fleet Technical Team, Charging Infrastructure Team, Control Tower, Finance, HR, Commercial, and Sales departments internally. Externally liaises with regional customer representatives, plant managers, transport partners, charging operators, original equipment manufacturer service teams, tyre suppliers, and local regulatory authorities.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Automobile, Industrial, Electrical, or Production Engineering. Equivalent qualifications in operations with strong logistics experience may also be considered.
