About the Opportunity

Sirv’s innovative service delivery model partners with experienced managers who want to establish and operate their own home care units from the ground up, free from bureaucratic constraints. Available nationwide—both regional and urban—you will leverage your industry network to build a thriving client base.

Role and Responsibilities

• Actively grow your client base and directly deliver home care services from the start.
• Manage day-to-day team operations and scheduling to ensure consistent, quality support.
• Develop business through building referral networks with healthcare providers such as GPs, hospital discharge teams, and community health organizations.
• Recruit and manage a robust support team tailored to client needs.
• Drive growth and scalability of your branch, including expanding your internal team as your business flourishes.
• Exemplify a culture rooted in care, empathy, and collaborative teamwork.

Compensation and Benefits

• $90,000 base salary plus superannuation and $8,000 car allowance.
• Earn a 30% share of your business unit’s net profit, disbursed quarterly and annually.
• Estimated first-year total earnings range between $120,000 and $200,000, with second-year and beyond potential from $200,000 to over $300,000.
• Support from a dedicated business coach and mentor.
• Comprehensive back-office support covering compliance, payroll, invoicing, accounting, and marketing.
• Option to work fully from home.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Demonstrated operational or regional management experience within home care, Support at Home, or aged care sectors, including direct service delivery.
• Proven ability to build and effectively lead large caregiving teams with strong leadership skills.
• Financial literacy and motivation to scale a profitable care business.
• Genuine dedication to delivering excellent client outcomes and quality care.
• Official qualification as a Responsible Person under the Aged Care Act.
• Collaborative spirit and commitment to supporting team success.

Additional Information

For candidates progressing towards full Operations Manager duties but requiring support, Sirv offers a Business Manager position with a reduced base salary but identical profit share and greater mentorship availability.
