Responsibilities
- Assist in crafting digital media strategies, audience-focused channel plans, and recommendations aligned with client goals.
- Develop integrated media plans using appropriate tools, market data, and platform insights to create compelling campaign proposals.
- Coordinate campaign planning and execution across diverse markets ensuring local relevance and consistency with global standards.
- Collaborate closely with regional and global stakeholders to foster trusted relationships, ensure effective teamwork across time zones, and maintain campaign momentum.
- Engage with media partners and platform teams to secure proposals, negotiate rates, identify value-added opportunities, and gather market intelligence.
- Manage media bookings, campaign setup, trafficking coordination, and ensure timely submission of materials on digital platforms.
- Oversee campaign delivery with rigorous attention to detail, guaranteeing precision, compliance, and consistency across various markets and channels.
- Monitor, optimize, and analyze campaign performance across channels including Search, Social, Programmatic, and other digital media.
- Convert campaign data, feedback, and trends into insightful updates, learning points, and actionable recommendations for clients and internal teams.
- Prepare accurate and clear campaign reports, post-campaign analyses, billing reconciliations, and performance summaries.
- Contribute proactively in team meetings, presentations, and planning by sharing ideas and autonomously managing workstreams.
Qualifications
- Two to four years of relevant experience in digital media planning, buying, campaign management, or performance marketing.
- Exposure to supporting regional or global accounts with capabilities to manage campaigns across multiple markets adapting to local specifics.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to build rapport and collaborate effectively with international teams, clients, and partners.
- Confident in delivering presentations that translate media strategies, campaign results, and recommendations into clear, engaging narratives.
- Proactive, self-aware, intellectually curious, open to feedback, and capable of independently addressing challenges.
- Self-motivated, able to manage priorities independently, and agile in a dynamic work environment.
- Highly organized with excellent project management skills to handle multiple simultaneous workflows and deadlines.
- Strong numerical and analytical abilities with a solution-focused approach to campaign data and performance metrics.
- Resilient, adaptable, and enthusiastic about learning, change, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
