About the Role

We are expanding our retail workforce in Singapore and currently hiring motivated candidates for the roles of Regional Manager, Assistant Store Manager, and Retail Assistant. This opportunity involves leading teams, managing day-to-day store operations, and ensuring excellent customer service to enhance retail success.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and streamline daily store operations to maintain smooth business functionality.
• Contribute to achieving sales targets and overall store performance goals.
• Lead, inspire, and assist retail team members in their daily duties.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while resolving queries professionally.
• Oversee inventory control, product presentation, and stock movements within the store.
• Ensure store appearance aligns with company standards.
• Help with scheduling workforce, conducting training and onboarding, and monitoring staff performance.
• Track sales outcomes and highlight opportunities for performance improvements.
• Support in-store promotions, campaigns, product launches, and events.
• Coordinate closely with management and cross-functional teams on operational issues.
• Prepare simple operational and sales reports as needed.
• Foster a professional, positive, and customer-focused store environment.

Qualifications and Skills

• A diploma or degree in Business, Retail Management, Marketing, or related areas is preferable.
• Previous experience in retail, customer service, sales, or store operations is beneficial.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
