Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and support to Regional Leaders across New Zealand by establishing clear objectives and fostering trust.
• Promote steady revenue growth through focused business development efforts and cross-divisional referrals.
• Manage change processes with candor, empathy, and effective communication that engages and reassures employees.
• Enhance service delivery standards and standardize operational processes aligned with business priorities.
• Encourage collaboration throughout the broader Findex network, working closely with various regions and service lines.
• Build and maintain robust stakeholder relationships by balancing business goals with genuine care for team members.
