Regional Facilities Manager

About The Role

Richemont is seeking a seasoned Facilities professional to oversee and coordinate facilities and operational services strategically across its offices, warehouses, and Customer Service centers within the UAE, Saudi Arabia, India, Africa, and Turkey. Based in Dubai and reporting to the regional leadership, you will be fully accountable for operational excellence and strategic delivery of facility services throughout the MEIAT region, guaranteeing uniformity, quality, and compliance with Richemont's standards at all locations.

Key Duties

• Manage and uphold office maintenance standards across all sites in the MEIAT region.
• Lead comprehensive office fit out, renovation, commissioning, and decommissioning project delivery end to end.
• Oversee the implementation and governance of an Integrated Facility Management (IFM) model covering multiple countries.
• Strategically manage contracts with IFM partners and suppliers, ensuring alignment to company standards and service level agreements.
• Introduce and maintain a ticketing system to handle service requests and scheduled maintenance efficiently.
• Handle budgeting, monitor key performance indicators, and prepare performance reports for senior management and Maisons.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and sustainability initiatives in collaboration with Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) and Physical Security teams.
• Manage vendor and contractor relations to maintain high quality service delivery and cost-effectiveness.
• Build and sustain stakeholder relationships across Maisons, regional teams, and corporate leadership.
• Lead change management processes to smoothly transition projects from initiation to live operational phases.

Qualifications and Experience

• 8 to 10 years of experience in integrated facility management, with direct involvement in office fit out and renovation project execution.
• Demonstrated capability managing regional multi-site operations within complex matrix organizations.
• Proven expertise in launching and navigating IFM model implementations.
• Experience in luxury retail or similarly high-standard sectors is highly desirable.
• Educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil) or another relevant technical discipline (mandatory); a Master's degree and specialization in real estate, facility management, sustainability, or luxury retail are preferred.
