Primary Responsibilities

• Lead the overall growth and operational performance of the Abu Dhabi business unit.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, particularly within the Abu Dhabi developer and real estate sectors.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s footprint.
• Support and oversee the successful delivery of multidisciplinary projects.

Candidate Profile

• Possesses an extensive network within Abu Dhabi’s developer and real estate markets.
• Proven success in acquiring and cultivating major client engagements.
• Experience at Director, Regional Director, or equivalent senior level roles.
• Professional background in architecture or engineering.
• Familiarity with working in multidisciplinary consultancy environments.
• A combination of strong commercial leadership skills alongside a thorough understanding of project delivery processes.
• Significant experience working within the UAE or the broader GCC region.
