A luxury residential interior design consultancy based in Dubai is seeking an experienced Project Manager fluent in Russian to join their diverse multinational team. The firm specializes in exclusive high-end private residences across Dubai, Russia, and Europe, focusing on architectural and interior design projects.

With a recent portfolio expansion including a 50,000 sq ft villa in Dubai Hills, the company is searching for a Project Manager who will oversee projects from initial design phases through to final delivery. The role involves managing complex luxury residential developments and coordinating multiple projects internationally over time.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project management activities for luxury residential interiors and architecture projects.
• Manage delivery of high-end private villas and residences.
• Coordinate and supervise consultants, contractors, clients, and internal design teams effectively.
• Maintain thorough understanding and oversight of both architectural and interior design work streams.

Experience and Skills Requirements

• Proven project management expertise within luxury residential interior or architectural sectors.
• Experience handling upscale private villa and residence construction or design projects.
• Fluent proficiency in Russian essential for client communication and coordination.
• Experience working in the UAE market is preferred but not mandatory.
• Background in Interior Design, Architecture, or Client-side roles will be highly advantageous.
