Role Overview
The Regional Coordinator is tasked with managing the daily operations within a designated region, ensuring compliance with organizational standards. This position requires supervising activities across multiple sites, monitoring operational performance, and supporting local teams in achieving service and operational goals. Responsibilities include managing schedules, tracking project progress, preparing leadership reports, ensuring adherence to company policies and regional regulations, communicating with clients and stakeholders, resolving operational challenges, and identifying ways to enhance efficiency and service delivery. This is a full-time position based on-site in Port Harcourt.
Qualifications and Skills
- Excellent organizational and coordination abilities to handle multiple priorities across a region.
- Proficiency with office software, including word processing, spreadsheets, presentation applications, and digital communication tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and maintain professional client and stakeholder relationships.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data and provide practical solutions.
- Prior experience in regional coordination, operations management, or a related field is highly advantageous.
- Ability to work on-site in Port Harcourt with some regional travel flexibility.
- Detail-oriented, dependable, and committed to upholding high standards of service and compliance.
- Relevant academic qualifications such as a degree or diploma in business, management, or a related discipline are preferred.
