Red Team Offensive Security Engineer

Job Overview

We are seeking several skilled Offensive Security Consultants to join an expanding cybersecurity team known for technical expertise. This role is ideal for professionals who want to maintain a hands-on technical approach, manage client projects, and mentor junior security team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and conduct penetration testing and offensive security assignments
• Evaluate the security posture of web applications, APIs, networks, cloud environments, and other technological platforms
• Perform vulnerability assessments, review source code, and execute security testing procedures
• Create comprehensive security testing plans for complex, large-scale projects
• Collaborate directly with clients and subject matter experts
• Provide guidance and development support to junior consultants, fostering offensive security skills within the team

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Between 2 to 3+ years of experience in client-facing cybersecurity consulting roles
• Strong background in penetration testing and offensive security tactics
• Proven ability to identify vulnerabilities in web applications and APIs
• Knowledgeable in cloud, endpoint, network, or IoT security domains
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Must hold OSCP or CREST CRT certification
