Recruitment Specialist

Job Overview

We seek a Recruitment Specialist with 8 to 10 years of exclusive experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, strictly within the hospitality, airline (cabin crew and ground staff), or cruise liner sectors. Candidates must possess a pure recruitment background rather than a general HR focus.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline.
• Proven competence in utilizing applicant tracking systems and job portals such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Bayt, Indeed, GulfTalent, and Naukri.
• Familiarity with specialized recruitment channels tailored to hospitality, airline, and cruise industries is essential.
• Knowledge of UAE labor laws and visa requirements is advantageous.
• Energetic, self-motivated with the ability to manage high-paced environments involving multiple branch operations and frequent travel.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with candidates, recruitment agencies, educational institutes, and internal teams.
• Must currently reside or be willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi, UAE; holding a valid UAE driving license is preferred to facilitate multi-branch travel.
