About the Role
We seek a talented Recruitment Specialist to join our team on a maternity cover contract until May 2027. This position offers the unique opportunity to work fully remotely while contributing meaningfully by placing candidates in roles that directly enhance the lives of older Australians. The role supports managers across diverse locations by delivering timely and effective recruitment solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for a broad variety of roles, including nursing and hospitality positions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to devise innovative sourcing strategies.
- Create compelling job advertisements that attract qualified applicants.
- Oversee reference checks, compliance requirements, and onboarding procedures.
- Serve as a trusted liaison for candidates to ensure a positive recruitment experience.
- Provide guidance on recruitment best practices and support continuous process improvement.
Qualifications and Experience
- Prior experience in recruitment, either in-house or agency-based.
- Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to build productive relationships.
- Capability to manage multiple priorities efficiently and calmly.
- Comfortable working autonomously while maintaining teamwork orientation.
- Proficiency with recruitment platforms, specifically PageUp.
- Experience within health, aged care, or community services sectors is advantageous.
- Familiarity with awards and industrial instruments is desirable but not mandatory.
- Willingness to obtain a current National Police Check if not already held.
