Internship Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle recruitment process ranging from junior to senior positions.
• Find and attract talent through job boards, referrals, social platforms, and existing databases.
• Evaluate resumes to identify candidates meeting job specifications.
• Arrange and coordinate interviews with applicants and hiring teams.
• Conduct primary HR interviews and evaluate candidate suitability.
• Maintain accurate records of candidates and update recruitment tracking systems.
• Ensure candidates have a seamless and positive recruitment experience.

Requirements and Eligibility

• Applicants must be available for a full-time, in-office internship role.
• Start date should be between 16th September 2026 and 21st October 2026.
• Commitment to a six-month internship period is mandatory.
• Residency or local presence in Thane, Dombivli, Kalyan, Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Vashi Navi Mumbai, or Kurla is required.
• Possess pertinent skills and a keen interest in recruitment and human resources.
