About the Role

The Recruitment Coordinator plays a vital role within the APAC Experienced Recruitment Team at IMC Trading, focusing on delivering an outstanding candidate experience through comprehensive interview coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Prioritize the candidate journey in all decisions and interactions.
• Manage complex interview scheduling across various time zones in a high-volume setting.
• Utilize AI technology to streamline workflows, boost efficiency, and improve the candidate's experience.
• Coordinate phone screenings, assessments, onsite and technical interviews, along with recruiter and manager debriefs.
• Serve as the main point of contact for candidates, ensuring support and communication throughout the recruitment process from initial contact to job offer.
• Identify and address workflow inefficiencies by collaborating with other teams to enhance process quality.
• Oversee offer letter preparation and related documentation management.
• Communicate confidently with senior stakeholders, understanding their goals and company objectives.
• Partner with colleagues to explore and implement AI-driven improvements within recruitment operations.
• Perform additional duties to support the overall success of the talent acquisition team.

• Background in recruitment coordination, executive support, operations, or customer-facing roles is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with scheduling systems, applicant tracking systems (ATS), CRM, or workflow management tools; experience with Greenhouse is considered a plus.
