Role Overview

This position is suited for an experienced Delivery Consultant to manage a portfolio of RPO clients. It involves a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment function requiring an agency recruiter skilled at handling multiple vacancies, forging strong relationships with stakeholders, and achieving excellent recruitment outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct full-cycle recruitment across various roles and clients.
• Identify, attract, and evaluate high-quality candidates effectively.
• Establish and maintain robust connections with hiring managers and key stakeholders.
• Achieve hiring objectives, service level agreements (SLAs), and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Offer insightful market intelligence and expert recruitment guidance.
• Ensure recruitment data and reports are accurate and up-to-date.
• Work collaboratively with team members to enhance recruitment delivery processes continuously.

Candidate Profile

Essential Qualifications and Skills:

• A minimum of three years' experience in agency recruitment.
• Proven track record managing high-volume recruitment assignments.
• Advanced sourcing and headhunting expertise, including proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Experience overseeing multiple open positions across various disciplines simultaneously.
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and organizational abilities.
• Self-driven, able to work autonomously in a dynamic and fast-moving setting.

Preferred Attributes:

• Prior experience in RPO or embedded recruitment setups.
• Background in client engagement or account management.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems such as Loxo or other ATS/CRM platforms.
• Understanding of recruitment key metrics including KPIs and SLAs.
