Key Responsibilities

• Identify, interview, and match qualified candidates to appropriate job opportunities.
• Develop and maintain client relationships through proactive outreach and business development calls, understanding their hiring requirements and challenges.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including briefing, guiding candidates and clients, and negotiating offers.
• Build specialist expertise by actively learning about the market trends relevant to your customers.
