Overview
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our Technology division based in Reading, RG1 3BE. This role focuses on full recruitment lifecycle responsibilities within a hybrid work model, with salary aligned to expertise.
About the Role
As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you will establish and maintain strong connections with organizations ranging from startups to large enterprises. Your key contacts will include Recruitment teams, Directors, and line managers. The goal is to source, evaluate, and place highly skilled candidates for contract roles within the evolving technology sector. Our desk is recognized for consistently surpassing sales goals by fostering authentic relationships with clients, showing excellent potential for further growth.
Work Environment
Reading, often referred to as the UK's "Silicon Valley," is home to a vibrant mix of global companies, SMEs, and startups. The office is centrally located near the station, recently renovated, offering a bright, modern, and collaborative space. It hosts a 16-person, multi-specialist team focused on Technology, Finance, HR, Marketing, Business Support, and Procurement. Team members range in experience from 6 months to nearly three decades, promoting an energetic, supportive, and knowledge-sharing culture that fosters success and professional development.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and nurture enduring relationships with clients and candidates, supporting them throughout the recruitment process.
- Proactively source and interview candidates using advanced CRM and other recruitment tools.
- Manage the complete recruitment cycle from shortlisting candidates to facilitating offers and onboarding.
- Identify and acquire new business opportunities consistently.
Candidate Profile
- At least one year of recruitment consultancy experience with proven business development success.
- A highly ambitious and resilient individual who can motivate themselves and teammates through recruitment challenges.
