Role Overview

The Recruitment Consultant position involves working in a fast-paced, sales-centered, phone-based setting where you will manage your own recruitment desk similar to running a business. Daily tasks include sourcing and headhunting top talent via calls, LinkedIn, referrals, and proactive outreach, establishing meaningful connections with candidates by understanding their motivations and skills, presenting suitable job roles, and guiding candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

  • Identify and attract high-quality talent using multiple sourcing channels and prospecting methods.
  • Develop strong candidate relationships by assessing technical expertise and career aspirations.
  • Effectively communicate job opportunities and manage candidates through interviews, feedback, and negotiations.
  • Collaborate with client teams by delivering market insights, commercial intelligence, and lead generation.
