Recruitment Consultant

Position Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Recruitment Consultant to join our team based in World Trade Center, Dubai. This role involves managing comprehensive recruitment processes across both IT and Non-IT domains.

Key Duties

• Handle full recruitment lifecycle, starting from candidate sourcing through to final offer acceptance.
• Focus 60% of recruitment efforts on IT roles, sourcing candidates for a variety of technology positions.
• Devote 40% to Non-IT recruitment including business, engineering, finance, sales, and other departments.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with both candidates and clients.
• Leverage platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, various job portals, ATS, and other tools for candidate sourcing.
• Conduct candidate screenings, interviews, and negotiate salaries effectively.
• Manage several job openings and recruitment pipelines concurrently.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 3 years experienced in recruitment or staffing roles, with significant emphasis on IT recruitment.
• Experience in Non-IT or corporate recruitment is an advantage.
• Proficient in sourcing, screening, negotiating, and possessing excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Fluent in both Arabic and English languages.
• Results-driven, proactive, with a strong focus on client satisfaction.
• Preferred candidates are those ready to join immediately.

Location: World Trade Center, Dubai, UAE

Salary: AED 10,000–12,000 per month, negotiable based on experience and skills.
