About the Role

Lex Consultancy is expanding and seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to strengthen its marketing desk team in Dublin. This full-time role involves hybrid working, with three days a week based in the city centre office. The position includes managing an existing portfolio of clients with robust job flow and promising earning potential from the outset.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle complete end-to-end recruitment processes within fast-paced, high-volume environments.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, guiding and supporting them while fostering effective team collaboration.
• Exercise sound judgment and prioritize tasks effectively to meet multiple deadlines in a dynamic setting.
• Actively source and engage with high-caliber candidates, building talent pipelines and ensuring excellent candidate care.
• Identify opportunities to grow business accounts and drive increased revenue through strategic expansion.
