Daily Activities After Six Months
Each day varies, starting with a brief morning meeting to set objectives, followed by active recruiting tasks such as crafting compelling job advertisements and managing multiple recruitment processes simultaneously. Compensation
The remuneration package includes a base salary accompanied by uncapped commission potential, designed to reward your performance progressively:
- On average, new consultants can expect to earn approximately €45,000 in the first year combining base and commission.
- By the second year, earnings typically increase to around €75,000.
