Recruitment Consultant

Role Overview

We are seeking a dependable and proactive Recruitment Consultant to be based onsite at Magna Park, Lutterworth. This position involves hands-on coordination, directly engaging with clients and temporary staff to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all recruitment stages from candidate attraction through onboarding procedures.
• Coordinate and conduct interviews and assessments while maintaining an active pool of candidates.
• Complete compliance and referencing checks according to company policies.
• Monitor local market conditions including competing companies, pay rates, and candidate activity trends.
• Prepare and deliver supply reports as required.

Working Hours

The working schedule for this role is Sunday to Wednesday, with shift hours from 06:00 to 16:00 on Sunday and 12:00 to 22:00 on the other days. Flexibility to work additional hours during peak periods is expected.

Additional Information
