About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and people-focused professional to join our recruitment team. Your primary responsibility will be linking candidates with appropriate job opportunities while supporting client hiring goals.
Location: HarbourFront office with hybrid work schedule.
Compensation: Base salary combined with an uncapped commission plan plus monthly sales incentives.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee entire recruitment lifecycle from sourcing candidates through placement
- Collaborate with clients to understand hiring needs
- Identify, evaluate, and interview prospective candidates
- Arrange interviews, job offers, and onboarding processes
- Establish and maintain strong client and candidate relationships
- Strive to meet individual and team performance goals
