About the Role

We are seeking a Recruitment Consultant specializing in White Collar Permanent roles within the construction sector to join our Southampton office. This is a permanent position starting as soon as possible, focusing on delivering tailored recruitment services to leading construction companies across southern England. The company boasts over 50 years of recruitment expertise and operates out of 18 offices nationwide, emphasizing strong local market knowledge and personalized service.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with top construction firms in the South of England.
• Identify, interview, and place high-caliber candidates into permanent white-collar positions such as Site Managers, Quantity Surveyors, Project Managers, and Design Managers.
• Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including business development and candidate placement.
• Meet defined targets to leverage excellent earning opportunities.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Possesses prior recruitment experience, preferably in construction or a related industry.
• Confident in communication with exceptional relationship-building capabilities.
• Highly self-driven, resilient, and motivated by targets.
• Familiarity with the construction industry is advantageous; comprehensive training will be provided.
