Role Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals eager to start a career in executive search by participating in our comprehensive training program. As an Executive Search Associate, you will work closely with our seasoned team to develop the necessary skills and expertise required to succeed in executive search consulting.

Key Responsibilities

• Consistently meet outreach targets to locate high-quality candidates.
• Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline through networking and market mapping.
• Collaborate closely with the Head of Sector and Client Delivery Manager to support search assignments.
• Present well-qualified candidates to clients, contributing effectively to successful placements.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• One to two years of experience in sales, business development, recruitment, or other client-facing roles; or a relevant degree.
• Fluency or professional proficiency in two or more languages.
• Demonstrated experience in cold outreach or business development.

Required Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication skills with confidence in engaging senior professionals.
• A genuine passion for establishing a career in executive search.

Additional Information

This position is located in our London office, with an expectation of onsite presence for the first six months.
