Job Role and Responsibilities
- Interact with senior executives and business leaders in international markets.
- Identify, engage, and evaluate senior professionals and executives for key roles.
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments of candidates.
- Establish and maintain lasting relationships with both candidates and clients.
- Assist experienced consultants with international search assignments.
- Generate and analyze market intelligence and industry insights.
- Keep accurate and detailed records within the CRM system.

Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
- Professional proficiency in English plus German or another European language.
- Strong interpersonal skills and enjoyment in relationship-building.

- Ability to thrive within a dynamic and performance-driven environment.
- Highly organized, proactive, and self-driven.
- Available to work onsite at the Düsseldorf office 3 to 4 days per week.
