About the Role

Jobified Jobs is seeking an experienced Recruiter to become part of our expanding team at Calicut, Kerala. This full-time, onsite role focuses on managing the complete recruitment lifecycle with a special preference for the Sales, FMCG, and Retail sectors.

Primary Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and onboarding.
• Identify potential candidates using LinkedIn, various job boards, databases, referrals, and social media platforms.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to shortlist applicants.
• Arrange and manage interviews between candidates and hiring clients.
• Develop and sustain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Simultaneously manage several recruitment assignments.
• Achieve recruitment goals and ensure roles are filled promptly.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Foster strong relationships and networks with candidates.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum of 2 years experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Proven expertise in sourcing and screening applicants.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal capabilities.
• Skilled at follow-up, coordination, and managing recruitment targets independently.
• Proficient in negotiation and maintaining candidate relationships.
• Experience with recruitment tools including LinkedIn and various job portals.
• Background in recruiting for Sales, FMCG, or Retail sectors will be considered an advantage.
