Key Responsibilities and Skills Required

• Possess 3 to 5 years of proven recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
• Hold a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline.
• Comprehensive understanding of the entire recruitment lifecycle.
• Expertise in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and evaluating candidates effectively.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Capable of handling multiple job openings and prioritizing tasks efficiently.
• Strong teamwork with hiring managers and internal departments to fulfill recruitment needs.
• Skilled in negotiation tactics and managing offer processes.
• Maintain a professional, proactive approach focused on achieving results.
• Knowledgeable about recruitment best practices and enhancing candidate experience.
• Fluent in English language.
