About the Role
Are you passionate about connecting with people, identifying potential, and sourcing technical specialists and leaders for one of Europe's leading multi-technology service providers? Join our dedicated six-member recruiting team as a Technical Recruiter. In this role, you will oversee the entire recruitment cycle—from advising our specialist departments to ensuring successful hires.
You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to create a compelling candidate experience. Whether sourcing electronics technicians, service technicians, project managers, or engineers, you will find the right talents to join our teams.
Responsibilities
- Provide consultancy and act as a strategic partner to managers on prioritized vacancies.
- Engage proactively with top candidates to ensure an outstanding candidate experience.
- Manage the recruitment process using our applicant tracking system d.vinci, optimize job postings through SEO and reach enhancement.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and continuously improve recruiting processes.
Requirements
- Successfully completed commercial apprenticeship or degree in Human Resources, Personnel, Business Psychology, or a related discipline.
- At least 3 to 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably within a technical environment.
- Strong communication skills, commitment, and motivation as a team player.
- Structured, independent, and solution-oriented work approach.
- Excellent German language skills, at least at the C1 level.
