Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to oversee the end-to-end recruitment process across our Asia-Pacific region. The position involves partnering closely with hiring managers to comprehend team needs, building robust candidate pipelines, and ensuring a seamless candidate journey from initial contact through to offer acceptance. This role is ideal for recruitment professionals with approximately five years of experience who can independently manage requisitions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive recruiting activities: intake, sourcing, candidate screening, interview coordination, offer extension, and closure.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to clarify job requirements, develop hiring strategies, and establish achievable deadlines.
• Utilize diverse sourcing channels such as job portals, professional networks, employee referrals, and direct outreach to identify active and passive candidates.
• Elicit and evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit through initial phone and video interviews.
• Coach hiring teams on structured, consistent, and bias-aware interview techniques.
• Maintain transparent communication with candidates throughout the selection process, ensuring they are well-informed at all stages.
• Lead offer negotiations and manage the entire offer process alongside People and Total Rewards teams.
• Ensure data integrity in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and regularly report on recruitment pipeline and performance metrics.
• Develop and sustain talent pools for recurring or difficult-to-fill positions.
• Incorporate AI-powered recruitment tools such as automated sourcing, resume screening, and scheduling to enhance efficiency while preserving human judgment in evaluations.
• Participate in enhancement initiatives aimed at refining sourcing methods, interviewing protocols, and increasing candidate diversity.

Candidate Profile

• Five or more years of experience managing full-cycle recruiting processes in corporate or agency settings.
• Demonstrated success handling multiple active job openings in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems like Greenhouse or Workday and sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Strong capability in proactive candidate sourcing, including outreach to passive talent.
• Excellent interpersonal skills including communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management.
• Ability to advise hiring managers on standardized and equitable interview procedures.
• Data-driven approach to recruitment with the ability to monitor and present metrics related to candidate pipeline and time-to-fill.
• Possession of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
