Recruiter Plus HRMS Lead

Position Overview

This role involves leading HRMS implementation efforts and handling end-to-end recruitment tasks for a retail chain based in Central Africa with back office operations in Mumbai. The working hours are Monday to Saturday, 11:30 AM to 8:30 PM.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate the rollout of the HRMS system.
• Source suitable candidates through talent acquisition strategies.
• Conduct initial screening and interviews for prospective hires.
• Manage job postings and maintain active candidate engagement.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
• Engage in offer negotiation and finalize hiring proposals.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract quality talent.
• Prepare and maintain hiring and recruitment reports.
• Oversee onboarding processes for new employees.

Candidate Profile and Eligibility

• Educational qualifications: Bachelor's degree in HR or BBA.
• Any graduate meeting the recruitment criteria is eligible to apply.

Additional Details

• Work schedule: Monday to Saturday, 11:30 AM to 8:30 PM.

• Compensation offered: Rs 35,000 to 45,000 per month.
