Job Responsibilities
- Monitor current and medium-term personnel requirements
- Coordinate job profiles, postings, and recruiting strategies with recruiting departments
- Proactively source suitable candidates for all agency divisions
- Maintain and update the recruiting database
- Manage incoming applications
- Create job advertisements and publish them on appropriate job portals
- Prepare and conduct interviews with candidates
- Represent the agency both internally and externally
- Lead special projects such as talent management and employer branding
Candidate Profile
- Experience as a recruiter within an advertising agency environment
- Confidence in evaluating creative work samples
- Friendly demeanor with excellent communication skills
- Quick comprehension, thoroughness, and organization talent
- Enjoyment of administrative tasks
- Independent and confidential working style
- Team player with initiative
- Fluent spoken and written German and English
